This week I would like to introduce you to Mind and Movement, a brand new resource for teachers involved in the creative learning context.
The resource aims to help students to develop their personal imagination skills allowing them to create new and original dance movements through the use of different Choreographic Thinking Tools.
The tools have been inspired on multi award-winning British choreographer Wayne McGregor’s methods in the studio and which are grounded in a decade of collaborative research with cognitive scientists.
Mind and Movement comes with a teachers' guide, lessons plans with practical imagery and movement tasks and questions and principles cards for both teachers and students.
