Between 2004 and 2005, over 20 different schools in East London undertook Creative Partnerships work.

From 20 case studies, School Journeys focuses on presenting four outstanding examples: Islington Arts and Media School, Lauriston Primary School, New City Primary School and Thomas Buxton Junior School.

This resource highlights and explores the journey of these schools that aimed to create an impact and developed a level of transformation in their creative learning and education environment involving pupils, teachers and parents.
