Errol Comrie, Lubna Malik, Paul Jackson, Shereen Hunte and Will Worsdell join Andrew Marcus, Asma Hussain, Carey Robinson, Guy Mansfield, Lesley Owusu and Shamik Chakraborty.
These new appointments bring valuable insight, expertise and skills in vital areas such as HR & People, Community Building, EDI, Marketing and Education.

Errol Comrie has dedicated over two decades to the education sector in London, progressing from a classroom teacher to an experienced Principal known for his exceptional leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail. Errol's professional qualifications include an MA in Education, an NPQH, and an Oxford Executive Leadership Award from the University of Oxford.
Lubna Malik is a People and Culture Director with experience leading teams and driving organisational change within the creative sector. She has strategic leadership experience and execution across People functions, including People Operations, Org Design, HR strategy and Engagement. She is experienced in building impactful people/change programmes whilst championing creative and inclusive processes. She is a qualified Executive Coach, LEGO Serious Play Coach and Org Design practitioner.
Paul Jackson is an educational leader with over two decades of experience transforming schools and fostering creative, inclusive learning environments. He currently serves as a Consultant and Director of Innovate Create Educate Limited, where he provides strategic advice and support to schools, local authorities and cultural organisations, having previously been a Principal for 16 years.
Shereen Hunte is a museum educator, community practitioner and diverse history specialist and has worked in the Culture and Heritage Sector for the past eight years. She is the founder of gldn, a community group for Black women and a Bonnart Trust Scholar alumni.
Will Worsdell is the former Co-Founder and Chief Strategy and Product Officer of The Park, an award winning independent creative agency specialising in experiential marketing. He now works as a coach, adviser and consultant, providing perspective, clarity and growth to founder-led businesses and SMEs in the creative industries.
