Lubna is a People and Culture Director with experience leading teams and driving organisational change within the creative sector. She has strategic leadership experience and execution across People functions, including People Operations, Org Design, HR strategy and Engagement. She is experienced in building impactful people/change programmes whilst championing creative and inclusive processes. She is a qualified Executive Coach, LEGO Serious Play Coach and Org Design practitioner.
She started her career as a designer and transitioned into the realm of Employee Experience, solving complex organisational challenges by adopting creative methodologies, hoping to create new solutions, progressive HR strategies and sustainable organisational change.
She is currently a People Director for a digital design and communications agency and previously worked as Global Director for Employee Experience at a design consultancy. She has previously worked in employee experience consultancies, start-ups/scale-ups and innovation centres.
She is passionate about increasing representation within the creative sector and champions programmes that will help diversify the industry and elevate new voices. She actively mentors people within the creative community and often visits universities to help prepare their students for the world of work.
Being a part of A New Direction will mean advocating for change, uplifting communities and providing young talented people with the resources they need to shine.
