Paul Jackson is an educational leader with over two decades of experience in transforming schools and fostering creative, inclusive learning environments. He currently serves as a Consultant Headteacher and Director of Innovate Create Educate Limited, where he provides strategic advice and support to schools, local authorities and cultural organisations, having previously been a headteacher for 16 years. Paul's career is marked by a commitment to improving educational outcomes and nurturing leadership development, recognised through numerous accolades, including the Highly Commended award for Headteacher of the Year in the Pearson National Teaching Awards.
Paul's expertise spans curriculum innovation, leadership coaching, and organisational development. He has successfully led multiple schools to achieve national recognition, including guiding Gallions Primary School and Manorfield Primary School to attain the SAPERE P4C Gold Award under his leadership. His extensive experience also includes being recognised as a Local Leader of Education.
As a trustee of A New Direction, Paul is driven by his passion for ensuring that all children have access to creative and inspiring educational experiences. He is committed to using his skills and experience to support the board in advocating for the arts and culture in education, with the goal of influencing policy and practice to benefit young people across London.
