Jess is responsible for building partnerships and opportunities across the creative and digital sectors. She manages the development and delivery of the STEP programme which offers 12-month London Living Wage paid placements to young people in the creative and cultural sectors. She also manages Flipside a 12-week intensive digital product design bootcamp created and delivered by leading design agencies.
Jess is also a photographer, art facilitator, and podcast producer who has worked for Tate, the National Portrait Gallery, and The Photographers' Gallery.
