Building on the success of our 21/22 programme we are looking for a Facilitator to work with us on six-month cultural sector peer learning programme. The programme is designed for leaders working within the Creative Learning sector who want to do things differently, improve their work, and seek inspiration from their peers. Space for Change is a peer learning group focused on sharing and developing practice and addressing current challenges facing the sector. In this intimate group, the facilitator will create space for personal reflection and curate a dynamic, forward-thinking, and solution-focused cohort, with a focus on building professional resilience, making connections, and discovering renewed purpose. 21/22 programme content included sessions exploring: Strengths & Values; Attitudes & beliefs; Your ecosystem; Anti-racist practice; knowledge areas.
Peer Learning Group sessions will explore issues and address areas of priority for the creative learning sector, with space for reflection and discussion. There will also be self-led buddying-tasks for the group to complete in their own time. The facilitator will set tasks designed to help them reflect on learning, embed changes, and improve their work.
At the end of the six-month programme, group members will be supported to co-create a sector-wide event to gather the learning and reflections from the programme. They will also contribute to a published resource that supports peers and the wider arts and cultural sector.
