The course will provide practical work experiences for aspiring Digital Product Designers. Workshops will be delivered online by industry experts from Sparck, Google, Reebok, Hero, and Publicis Sapient covering topics such as user research, prototyping, project management, and more.
We’re so excited to welcome our amazing young creatives! Meet them below:
The course is delivered online Tuesday and Thursdays, with support sessions and learning Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This includes industry talks, development workshops, support, peer networking, and self-study. We’ll be covering everything from remote working in design to personal growth, and how to manage a live brief.
Provided by Reebok in collaboration with Create Jobs, the cohort will be writing their legacy. What does that mean? Well, it means that they’ll be exploring what ‘legacy’ means to them. They will be creating an app framework and demo alongside a variety of assets. This brief is an opportunity to think out of the box and long term to really explore their creative output.
We had an exciting virtual on-boarding, queue zoom picture ⤵️

Our 25 people cohort was split into 5 groups of 5 labeled Team A-E and of course, we needed team names. Team A opted for All-Starr Assassins’ and Team C went for ‘Carpe Diem’, and Team E kept it humble with Team Elite.
On Monday we kicked off with onboarding and an exciting session with Create Jobs to reveal the Reebok brief. We also had an amazing session on storytelling.
Everyone was pumped for Tuesday as we kicked off with a Co-Creation Workshop led by our partners, Publicis Sapient. The cohort stretched their legs and jumped into an insightful workshop led by Sparck on User Interviews.
Thursday was extremely engaging and had the cohort thinking up some creative ideas. Two back to back workshops. One on Conducting Desk Research and a super fun Scamp It Up Workshop both led by Publicis Sapient. The teams later got together for a self-directed stand-up. We’re so excited to see what they all come up with.
On Friday the cohort met their mentors! Five amazing industry experts have volunteered their time on a Friday to offer some design-related advice. A big shoutout to Lisa Ellwood (Princes Trust), Ben Buckley (This Place), James Stump (This Place), Susan Zhuang (Koru Kids), and Iona (Koru Kids) for volunteering 30 minutes each week to talk and mentor our teams.
A busy week for all!
We’ll catch you in next week’s update!
