I am a performer and creative who loves to devise work for both stage and screen. I have always loved the arts from a young age, putting on shows in my living room for my family- with a skirt on my head as a wig and a hairbrush as a microphone!

I recently graduated from De Montfort University with a degree in Performing arts. Over my time at university, I was able to develop skills and a love for multi-media and contemporary performance, using videography, projection mapping and editing software’s. I found that I not only loved being on stage/in front of a camera but also being behind the scenes as well.

I am most looking forward to during my placement with British Youth Music Theatre, is developing my skills in marketing, online outreach and seeing how a big marketing campaign works, especially as they are putting on 11 shows all over the UK this summer!

I am also excited to explore a new city. I am from Greater Manchester, so moving to London for 6 months is such an amazing opportunity, especially straight after university.
