The RSC and Trinity College London led an introductory twilight session exploring Arts Award Shakespeare Challenge. The Challenge was a special Arts Award edition that encourages young people to explore Shakespeare’s plays on their feet; engage with original language; watch a live performance; explore Shakespeare’s relationship with the modern world and share their knowledge with their peers. Shakespeare Challenge can now be achieved at any level of Arts Award.

The session looked at how you can implement Shakespeare Challenge in your classroom as well as linking up to current RSC practise and how to become an Arts Award adviser.

Arts Award is a national qualification that supports young people up to age 25 to develop as artists and arts leaders and can be achieved at five different levels.
