They have proposed sharing their understanding around equality and diversity as they develop and further explore their own learning in this area. The Roundhouse aims to approach this project in a way that encourages open discussion, mutual exploration and shared inquiry. This could involve working alongside senior leadership teams within schools to support their school improvement plan, or developing ideas that map alongside the curriculum. The Roundhouse will take a cross-artform approach and apply creative thinking around the broad topic of equality and diversity.
