City of London LCEP: Fusion Prize September Symposium

The FUSION PRIZE is a new competition to find innovative skills development solutions which harness the power of creative and cultural activity to prepare young Londoners for employment.

On the 17th September 2019 at the Barbican Centre, Culture Mile Learning will welcome all with an interest in skills development, the value of creativity, innovation and social mobility to an afternoon of talks, workshops, performances and networking opportunities, to the first of three Fusion Prize events.

The FUSION PRIZE invites schools, universities, charities, businesses, social entrepreneurs and others to work together to pitch ideas for innovative programmes or products designed to develop the creative, communication, organisational and thinking skills of London’s children or young people though cultural experiences.

The three events, in September, October and November will provide inspiration and support to anyone keen to progress and hone an idea, and at the end of the process, April 2020, one solution will be awarded £50,000 to develop!
