What is mentoring?
Our approach is simple: we carefully pair up young creatives with a mentor who works in their chosen sector.
What do you do?
Your mentor acts as a critical friend to you - sounding boarding and guiding you. You are partners; your mentor is here to support and guide you. It is your responsibility to follow up and to do the work in between the mentoring sessions. This is how you benefit most from the process.
Our pairings are encouraged to have contact outside of the facilitated monthly sessions in order to witness the meaningful impact of the relationship.
Who can apply?
- Aged 18-30
- Living in a London borough (with priority given to those from Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, and Waltham Forest)
