- 20 March - 31 April 2023 – Placement and candidate matching, shortlisting and interviews
- Wednesday 29 March – Employer workshop on Inclusive Recruitment
- 5 & 6 April – Recruitment selection days
- 7 - 13 April – Employer interviews with applicants
- 14 April – Succesful candidates selected, JDs shared
- Monday 1 May 2023– Placements commence
- May 2024 – End of all placements and programme
