- 1st June 2022 – Music Hubs selected
- W/C 6th June 2022 – Induction Phone Call
- 24th June 2022 3:30pm-5pm – First online training session
- W/C 4th July 2022 – First 1-1 support call
- 22nd July 2022 3:30pm-5pm – Second online training session
- W/C 12th September 2022 – Second 1-1 support call
- September 2022 – Projects begin
- 7th November 2022 3:30pm-5pm – Third online training session
- W/C 21st November 2022 – Third 1-1 support call
- December 2022 – Project ends and portfolios are submitted
- 23rd January 2023 3:30pm-5pm – Evaluation session
