You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.
The role asks that you are:
- Customer-focused, with good interpersonal skills working with a diverse range of people.
- Good IT skills, with experience of MS Excel and online video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom or MS Teams).
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of event organisation.
- Experience of working with community projects and volunteers.
