In this short CPD video, Artist and Creative Facilitator Abigail Hunt gives some advice and guidance on delivering 'Belonging' – Activity 2 from Lesson 3 in the resource.
Follow on task: Challenge yourself to make a one minute drawing every day for a week. Set an alarm reminder for the same time each day. Try drawing your hand, the view from a window, and object on a desk, and sounds you can hear. Don’t worry about your drawing – explore instead the discipline of repeating the activity each day.
