• Attend a 5-day research trip in Milan, attending an event, being briefed on the Moncler project and getting to know the team.
  • Follow a 6-week programme of modules designed to give a 360 crash course into the process of a creative concept and pitch. You will get to know our team, everybody from our stylists, to our music editor, and work alongside our editorial, commercial and creative teams on our day-to-day tasks.
  • Partake in weekly projects and feed into wider editorial/commercial output.
  • Fulfill a creative commission set by THE FACE and Moncler, to come up with the creative concept for the Moncler Genius campaign in Spring 2023 still lifes, lookbooks, and videos and creating mock ups and tests for the campaign., to be submitted to Moncler for production and internal and external communication on Moncler’s channels.
  • Support the concepting phase for campaign development by researching images for still lifes, lookbooks, and videos and creating mock-ups and tests for the campaign., to be submitted to Moncler for production and internal and external communication on Moncler’s channels.
  • Produce and direct a piece of video content documenting the programme and your journeys, to be showcased on THE FACE’s channels.

All four mentees will visit Moncler for 5 days at the beginning of the programme, where they will have introductory sessions in the Moncler offices and join a Moncler event. For the rest of the programme length, they will work with THE FACE, in London, on the project alongside Moncler.
