To take part in LevelUp, you must:
- Identify as male
- Be 16-24 years old (not be 25 before November 5 2020)
- Live in Newham or be in the care of the Borough
- Have an interest in or you are currently pursuing a career within the creative or digital sector
- Be from Black African, Black Caribbean, Black British and mixed Black ethnic groups.
