New Museum School is a talent-development programme for those starting a career galleries, museums, archives and collections. We've teamed up with Culture& to deliver 34 year-long paid traineeships hosted by London’s leading cultural organisations over the next two years. The programme aims to support the next generation of talent within the heritage sector.

Work-based RQF Diploma in Cultural Heritage
- Week of induction training with cohort, exploring London's arts and heritage sectors

Monthly professional development days including venue visits, peer learning, networking and guest training

‘Create Audiences’ audience development course delivered by creative industry partners

Digital broadcast course with BBC producer

Tax-free bursary of £16,594 (equivalent to full-time London Living Wage £19,201)
