Gold Arts Award Adviser Training

Develop young people’s creativity and reward achievement with Arts Award. This course is for adults who want to become Gold Arts Award Advisers

At this training course you will get familiar with the assessment criteria and framework for Gold Arts Award (Level 3 qualification, worth 35 points on the UCAS tariff), meet other professionals who are planning to run Arts Award in a wide variety of settings, get the chance to explore case studies and examples of Gold level work and ask questions, as well as find out how Gold Arts Award can work in your particular setting.

Please note: you no longer have to be trained in Bronze or Silver to train in Gold. Click here for more information.

It is important that you bring your adviser toolkit to the training. You can buy the third edition of the toolkit from the Arts Award shop or download free latest toolkit updates by following this link.

Arts Award is open to young people of all interests and backgrounds, and can be delivered within a variety of settings and timescales through any arts, cultural or media activity.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Trinity College London (the awarding body for Arts Award) have developed new online training courses for anyone looking to become an Arts Award adviser or offer a different level of Arts Award.

On each course you'll join a live webinar with an experienced trainer and complete two learning modules independently.
