Through STEP, trainees are paid a London Living Wage over a 12-month training programme to develop a diverse range of skills and creative approaches, building their network across organisations and departments. Trainees grow as part of a peer network, take part in monthly professional development workshops, and are given space, time, and investment to produce a collaborative project. Trainees are also connected with a specialist industry mentor, take part in careers coaching, and continue as part of a community after the programme.
