Please read the offer descriptions carefully and consider your school’s needs and areas of interest. For theatre productions, please identify your first and second choice of offer. If you apply for theatre, you may also apply for visual art (Frameless). You can also apply for visual art (Frameless) only – i.e. without also submitting a theatre booking request.
Each description includes year group suitability – please ensure the offer you are interested in is suitable for the year group you would like to participate.
Check your travel before you book: Please consider carefully the location of your chosen venue, the distance from your school and the feasibility of travelling to and from it. All events will begin promptly at the given start time so your group must be able to arrive in good time. It is your school’s responsibility to arrange transport – free travel on public transport for schools can be booked through the TfL School Party Travel Scheme and must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
We may be able to offer access support for pupils with access requirements.
Go & See bookings that are cancelled due to travel plans are likely to incur a cancellation charge.
Bookings for the winter season of the Primary Arts Go & See programme have now closed. Our summer season will open for bookings in the spring. If you'd like to be kept informed about the summer season and other opportunities, please sign up for our schools enewsletter.
Please note that there is a limited number of tickets available per performance. We will try to allocate tickets to as many schools as possible but it may not be possible for us to accommodate every booking request we receive. You will be contacted by Monday 4 November to confirm whether we are able to offer you tickets for your chosen offer.
Please note that while the Go & See programme is free of charge to schools, we may charge a fee of up to £300 per class for cancellations with less than three weeks’ notice prior to your event (excluding school holidays).
