A New Direction is offering support to Sixth form colleges and further education settings to work in partnership with arts and cultural organisations to deliver Arts Award Gold with groups of young people.
Through this pilot, we are keen to explore the ways that arts organisations can work in partnership with education providers that work with larger groups of young people; widening the offer of Arts Award Gold to more young people in London.
To do this, A New Direction has developed a flexible menu of options worth up to £1405.00; which 6th form colleges, further education establishments and arts and cultural organisations can apply for.
Arts Award inspires young people to grow their arts and leadership talents: it’s creative, valuable and accessible. Arts Award can be achieved at five levels, four accredited qualifications and an introductory award.
